Inside My Mind
Inside my mind, there’s a world so bright,
But sometimes it’s dark, and I can’t find the light.
My thoughts get jumbled, and I can’t think straight,
It’s like my mind’s in a never-ending debate.
Sometimes I feel happy, and sometimes I feel sad,
And other times, it’s just like I’m going mad.
I don’t know how to explain it, but it’s hard to explain,
It’s like I’m on a roller coaster of emotions, and it’s hard to maintain.
I wish there was a way to make it all go away,
But my mind keeps playing tricks on me every day.
I know I’m not alone, and others feel this way too,
But it’s hard to talk about it, and that’s what I’m afraid to do.
I wish people would understand and not judge me for how I feel,
Because mental health is real, and it’s not something we can steal.
It’s a part of who we are, and we need to take care,
And when we do that, we’ll find the light and know that it’s always there.
Inside Out
In my mind there’s a storm
A battle that I fight alone
Sometimes it’s hard to keep calm
When my emotions feel like stone
